Just when COVID-19 was starting to save the Indians some of the embarrassment of that godawful trade.
You probably know this but in the end, it will likely not affect CLE at all. The 80 game suspension will push back his FA a season, and so while it's unlikely he'll pitch this year unless they somehow manage to get more than 80 games in, they will have him under control a year longer at the end.
If the 60-game season is played to completion, 80-game suspensions will be considered fulfilled. No carry over into the 2021 season.
