It's interesting to hear Champion describe the downside of replay in a way that pretty much every fan of American football has known for 10 years like he's just realizing it.

I think he is just sad this his admittedly excellent call of the Benzema goal was not going to stand.

I think Portugal beats Germany. They really limped into this tournament and I don't see how they are going to rebound. They'll be lucky to make the KO stage.

I'm not seeing that at all. France are the strongest side in the tourney and Germany went toe to toe with them. They better have some more creative attacking ideas for a second meeting though. Not to say that Portugal won't beat Germany, but I think they're still the favorites versus Portugal and should take care of Hungary no problem.
