I think Everton are safe barring some weird outcomes.
Yeah, I go through it. Essentially Leeds have to win out and both Burnley and Everton have to shit the bed, and even then Everton is two points up on Burnley. 538 has it 6% Everton going down, although that might be creeping a little higher the longer Burnley keep Spurs at bay.

Edit: just before stoppage time runs out in the first half Burnley gets a pen for handball in the box and Kane scores it. 1-0.

Lots of negative sentiment on Everton boards re: being owned by Americans. Much dislike of the American owners of other PL clubs, the American franchise model that led to the Super League concept, the threat of creeping Americanization with exploding scoreboards and loud music and the like, and just general 'murica fatiuge. Others pointing out that FSG has done very well across the park, and that no one in the proposed ownership group ever sawed anybody up.

Yes I was there, with my wife, daughter, and my brothers family from CT.

Fantastic atmosphere and the pre game meet up arranged by the Baltimore Toffees supporters group was incredible. More later, I’ll post some pix.

On the pitch it was disappointing.Arsenal won 2-0, both goals in the first half against some sloppy defending, Everton totally ceding control of the middle of the park. The second string did much better in the second half but there was no breakthrough.

We simply cannot play 3/5 at the back - we give up too much in the middle.
