What my heart wants depends on how (if they advance) the Bruins series is going. If it's going to clearly be a steamrolling like last year, let's go Avs. If the B's have a chance, let's go Habs.

A Bruins- Habs cup final would be something else.

Zero chance they can beat the Avs though.

NHL officiating during the playoffs is crazy. MacKinnon had his stick caught in Pacioretty's skate and no call.

As far as the Habs go...they're playing an interesting playoff. Not super fast, but fast enough. Not super big, but big enough. Not super crafty, but crafty enough. As much as it seems like they would be "roadkill" I think they really play well in their own zone. Plus carey price of course. Im not sure they beat whoever comes out of the avs knights series but I will say they are playing a different brand of hockey right now

Man, since my post mere 8 minutes ago, two more goals, by Tampa, it's now 4-4. My suggestion, take the over in this game.

If Bruins hold on and they play TbL Tom is seriously gonna root for TBL? Gross
I could honestly give zero fucks who athletes on other Boston teams root for when a different Boston team is in a playoff game. And that number goes down when they leave town.

I don't see how Carolina can go back to Mrazek after watching those highlights. Completely noncompetitive on several of those Lightning goals.

Also crazy Caufield was a healthy scratch to start the payoffs...he might be their best forward.
He's been more disciplined in his own zone which has been huge. When he came up he was running around with his head cut off, getting in the way and a little unsure of the Habs defensive system. He's less of a liability now
