McElhinney sucks. Mrazek sucks more. It doesn't matter who's skating up front for these turds, Tuukka's seeing everything.

Finish this off in 4 and get some rest

A win tomorrow will probably result in a long layoff until the Finals? How much do we care?
If the other series goes 7 it ends on Thursday the 23rd which means Saturday 5/25 is Game One. 8 day layoff. For me (and for Herm) you play to win the game. Then you worry about downtime.

You play to win.

Say what you want about rust, Toronto and even Columbus were some tough games. My guess is that more than a few of these guys are either quietly (DeBrusk, Chara) or quite obviously (Wagner) a bit banged up.

Finish them. Get ready for the next round.

Between here and everywhere.
The last time I attended a Bruins Game 4 on the road they swept Les Habitants during their centennial season.

I will be in attendance tomorrow night in Raleigh. I expect similar results.

There’s no way that the SCF would start only two days after a Conference Finals series ends. I think it’d start on Sunday at the very earliest, and more likely on Monday or Tuesday, if the WCF ends on Thursday.

Prefaced with win first, worry about potential layoff time later.

2016: Pittsburgh/TB goes 7, ends May 26, SCF begins May 30
2017: Pittsburgh/Ottawa goes 7 games, ends May 25, SCF begins May 29
2018: Caps/TB goes 7, ends May 23, SCF begins May 28

Win now. Don't give them life at home, don't let any bad habits creep in, and don't risk any more chance of injury at this point than is necessary. I want the biggest problem this team has this postseason to be "we have too much time to rest before starting the Stanley Cup Freaking Finals".

Sweep them.

I was in the building for the Flyers game 7 debacle. Just fucking kill them.

Plus it somewhat depends on what the NBA schedule may be. I’m sure they’re working together to make sure there’s no overlap. Don’t think there’s anything else major sports wise coming up they’d have to contend with.

Right up there with “Julian Edelman does too many of those post-Super Bowl championship videos.”

Its ok on the west coast.
I almost missed the start of G6 last round when I was in Vegas and for some reason thought they were on MST. Thought I had another hour to kill...nope. But I agree, it was awesome getting out of work the rest of the week and just kicking back to watch whatever games were on.

Today is my 50th birthday. Got a lot of nice gifts. THE best gift would be a Bruins win tonight. ( sorry wife and kids but hey...)
Wins are great. Wins on birthdays are awesome.

The formula is simple:

Win 5 more games
Hoist the cup
Pop bottles/duck boats
9 months later babies named Tuukka start shooting out of moms all across the 5 1/2 state area
