They don't call the offensive foul Smart was trying to draw on Embiid - fine, that's borderline. But then they say it's a foul on Smart because Embiid chose to drive and jump where Smart was laying on the ground, adding insult to injury.

If Brown tripped or fell on the play he probably would have been. As per usual the refs are results-oriented.
