"BACK TO SALT LAKE" is the title i can see before it stops loading. Not sure if that had something to do with the playoffs or is new.

Edit: the site was up and that was the main headline. I don't know if that was on there before as i've never been on the site.

That was in reference to the playoffs. Old.

Here
Kings just signed Hill and Randolph last couple minutes...

Trainer followed Barstool, which I think is basically confirmation.

Well Lifshatz has definitely doubled down on his tweet.

Let me rephrase. Hayward has agreed to terms with team and is signing with the Celtics. It's a done deal

Edit: Though the vast majority of his replies are reminding him of all of his prior "news breaks" that were incorrect
This asshole, and the thousands of other dudes on twitter like him, are the worst.

Have zero sources, just use info from the real reports, then throw out a guess from the one of three landing places left and report it as sourced info.

The absolute worst.

The Sports Hub is littered with these creeps.

Kaufman knows nothing. Seems like a decent dude, but he's just throwing shit on the wall. See: Paul George and his extension.
Well, in fairness, the Paul George thing could be that his sources saw what the OKC offer was and figured there's no way the Pacers take it, therefore he's coming to Boston.

Good call. The phrase in my business is something like 'those who say don't know and those who know don't say.'

Never believe anyone who hasn't been in this field for a while and has a track record. Period. Full stop.

His personal website now redirects to his facebook page---no recent updates, but he can now get everyone there from his phone one presumes.

Um... speaking as someone who's fluent in both British English and American a period is a full stop.

But IT4 and Dragic are shoot-first point guards. If you want a point guard to make you look like James Worthy, get a pass-first point guard. Rubio can make his teammates look good.
That is a positive way to look at it. A negative way could be, goddamn it's tough to look like James Worthy when I'm on the floor with three non shooters in Rubio, Favors and Gobert all the time.

The issue with that "report" was never the trade for Paul George, it was the extension for Paul George.

That never made any sense, logistically to fit him under the cap, or factually in that all the reporters with more juice than him said George wanted to sign in LA next summer.

Junk.

I love the notion he's narrowing it down to 2 now, like a contestant on The Bachelor. Right NOW he decided no to the Heat..

Because he's calling the teams he didn't chose, and they're leaking?

This is good. I thought Florida's tax code was one of our biggest competitors in this race.
If it was all about the Benjamins, wouldn't he go back to the Jazz?

It being down to Utah and Boston feels uncomfortably like Durant making the Cs the runner up.

Be gone, bad thoughts.

Right. Why I said Miami tax code is one competitor/driver among many. But I think this is good for Boston.

Only, in this case the other team is the one where he's played his NBA career. So, the Celtics are even more of an underdog
