Apparently there are still ongoing legal issues regarding the sexual harassment charges and Joe/WFAN.

A reason he may be allowed back on is that if he is continued to be off the air it would look like an admission of guilt. From a legal perspective, if he and the station truly thinks he did nothing wrong then in their minds he should be back on the air.

Letting him back on completely underscores the whole frat culture atmosphere that I think is pretty clear based on this and other things I have heard. I’m not surprised.

And it kinda says to the accuser 'you're a liar'. I wonder if WFAN just didn't feel like making a major change to yet another time slot and weighed the cost of promoting bad ethics.
