In the early kick off Brighton get a much needed win at Norwich to go to 36 points, which might well be be enough. Norwich are doomed.

Man U went a goal down at home to Bournemouth, But Greenwood smashed one in a few mins ago and now they have a pen - Rashford slots it home - 2-1 to United, but to be fair they've been playing really well.

Edit: Actually, they look like they enjoy playing together. There's been some nice movement and interplay up in Bournemouth's final third. Settled line up for Man U, so players are get to know each other's respective games. Greenwood is some finisher.

It’s encouraging because these types of games we’ve looked lost over the past few years. Dominate possession , the opposing team knicks a goal then defends with 10 players behind the ball and we can break them down.

Only negative, penalty aside, is that Rashford looks a little rusty.

I wonder what Stanislas is going to do with Maguire’s soul?

Last two Vardy goals were 100 and 101 in his EPL career. Not too bad for someone who was playing non-league football until he was 25 and didn’t make his first EPL start until he was 27.

If United fill the gaping, Maguire-sized hole at the back and pay the ransom for De Gea’s soul, they’re going to fight for the league next year.

David Luiz gets a yellow. Can't see him lasting the full 90, he's an accident waiting to happen now. Arsenal's play is a wee bit sluggish. Very deliberate.

B. Munich is humming right now. It’s going to be a long few weeks until the CL restart. At least they basically get a tuneup match with the second leg against Chelsea basically meaningless.

Pulisic looks goooooooooooood right now. Could/Should have two assists already.

Earns a penalty that Willian puts away, though it was sort of a cheapie. Near the corner of the 18 at the endline and the Watford defender just steamrolled him for no reason.

Fair, I was outside in the sun by this point and only caught it once on my phone.

Didn’t catch the last 50 min or so but loved his first 40.

He was their most threatening player most of the game. He’s been much more aggressive since the lockdown and defenders aren’t able to handle his quickness and speed with the ball. Between them and Man U it’s going to be a fun finish for that 4 spot. (The City suspension and appeal notwithstanding).

Really impressed with what ManU are doing. They look great since adding Fernandes.

From the matches I’ve watched, Wan Bissaka being willing to go forward and be more creative has helped immensely - in addition to the obviously ideal Matic / Pogba / Fernandes midfield.

Fornals with the key pass. Amazing that it has taken Moyes this long to finally put him in the middle. If West Ham stay up the midfield trio of Rice/Noble Soucek is strong. Just need some depth and to figure out how to deal with Noble.

There’s that MLS man!

Not good for West Ham to leave a single defender isolated out left and not have anyone get over fast enough to cover.

First half was such a Moyes half. Sets up fairly positive, get a goal. Get SUPER NEGATIVE (like under 30% possession) concede, look terrible as the opponent now has confidence and your defense scrambles. Got a bit more active late and looked good again.

Lanzini needs to come off, he's off the pace and he isn;t a left wing, he's not bringing much in attack and his terrible defending is why you see things like the goal where it's 2v1 on the left back with no help coming.

Yarmolenko to the striker place and Antonio onto the wing would be my preference.

Oh for fucks sake Moyesey.

A depth of wing talent, lets play 2 of our players out of position to assure that we can get Mark Noble's shambling corpse on the pitch,

Only half paying attention now, but with Lacelles out, Newcastle’s two CBs are some ugly ass motherfuckers.

Surprised Shelvy hasn’t had more an influence on this match. This is the kind of scrappy tilt Jonjo thrives in.

What a contrast between those last two shots of Moyes. Punching the air one minute, chin as long as Leith Walk the next.

Lol, so now Moyes brings on the winger he should have originally, but in the process he's sacrificed both is central attacking players so there is no support for the front 3.

Even given a million good options, Moyes will find the worst one.

California. Duh.
Unfortunate for Pepe Reina that the stadium is empty for his Anfield return, I'm sure he would have gotten a great reception.

Klopp should see his guys have stopped playing hard. Just play the kids. I know the integrity of it all. etc. but this is a joke

There’s also the matter of essentially going directly into next season one this one is complete. There are going to be some tired players come December.

Hope Mings is ok, not the ACL. Looked like Henderson’s knee caught Mings’ from the side

edit: just a knock.
