Ramsdale doing what he can, but Arsenal can’t get the ball clear from Liverpool’s press and it keeps costing them.

Is it just me or is the quality of this feed really bad? Looks like everything is out of focus.

It must be cool to be Egyptian and to say 'we've got the best player in the world' - cos right now i think they can say that.

Liverpool can't let him go. He's such a good fit for this team.

California. Duh.
Tyler Morton is 19, even though he looks about 12. Not a bad situation to come into to make your Liverpool debut.

Union dominated the Berlin derby from the opening whistle. Hertha managed just a
few weak shots and Union won 2-0 to move into 5th in the Bundesliga (xg of 2.51 to 0.28 tells the story of the game well.)

I think we are able to predict that Julian Green’s Greuther Fürth shouldn’t be making any first league plans next season. 12 games in, 1 point and a -25 GD. Ouch. That can’t be a fun clubhouse these days.

Both managers -- Liverpool's Klopp and Arsenal's Mikel Arteta -- received yellow cards and had to be separated in a heated exchange following a contested header between Mane and Arsenal defender Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Arteta was trying to get a yellow card for Mane … despite no foul called on the play. Klopp took exception. It’s kind of a sore spot for him after the last Atletico game which featured the same tactics

Mane leaped into Tomiyasu and elbowed him in the face. It was a pretty textbook yellow card situation.

What Arteta did is bog standard for managers. It's not some kind of unsavory tactic, its something you see almost every match. You have to defend your players and try to make sure the other team actually gets cautioned when they do things that warrant a caution.

Mane looked like he was auditioning for Atletico yesterday. Scored a goal, provided an assist, and was the biggest shithouser on the pitch. He’s taking cheap shots and diving all over the place.

Leeds has Gelhart starting up top. I don't expect them to do much offensively tonight...
They really have no back up for Bamford and it’s killing them. Daniel James was totally out of his depth playing central. Gelhart likely the same.

Not liking Lucas right now. His weakness for dribbling into 3 guys is fitting poorly into Leeds’ strength of quickly getting 3 guys onto a dribbler.

Nice little run while I typed this of course.

Tottenham could be playing a Sunday League side and still concede a ton of possession.

5 PL halves without a shot on target for Spurs. I can see why Conte is trying desperately to tamp down expectations of immediate improvement.

Leeds look gassed, fell completely asleep on that ball that Reguilon pounced on.

their attack is nowhere near as good as it was last year.

they're actually somewhat solid defensively.
The cutting edge issues were indeed noticeable after I was less freaked out at how they were playing Spurs off the pitch. They badly need some of their finishers to get healthy again.
