This is literally insane. The refs just completely fucking forgot they called a T on Draymond in the 1st half, and when they called the 2nd one, they had to figure out a way to keep in the game, so they change the official call. Unfuckingreal.

Crazy that they just did this.

There has to be audio of what was said to the scorers table on the first T. Don't even know what the backlash is if it comes out that they actually made shit up to keep Draymond in the game.

That's what she said.
This is one of the weirdest Finals games I've ever seen. But highly entertaining. Especially considering the same team has been up by like 15+ for most of the game.
All game though I have had a feeling GSW is going to come back and win. And the feeling is getting stronger.

Ty Lue isn’t helping calling another TO here.

Never see anything like that before.

(Also it occurred right after clarifying with a former Ref that of course they know the technical situation and would never call a 2nd quickly. Then 2 minutes later a quick 2nd tech followed by the above...)

Lost in all that was that the second technical was fucking stupid and I know Draymond deserves far less rope than most other players. Just a weak sequence for the refs overall.

Whoever this bald official is, he's having the worst game I think I've ever seen.
Marc Davis. By far the worst official in the NBA. Constantly makes baffling calls and is trigger happy with technicals when people call him out on mistakes. Him and Doc used to go at it a lot when he coached here.

That's the best part about it. So even casual viewers of basketball are aware of what happened.

So I guess the league wants 16-0 more than they want another playoff game.
It's not a league thing. It's these refs trying to correct a split second decision to give a technical when they wouldn't have done so if they remembered the player already had one.

I know. It's a joke. I don't believe in NBA league fixes.

Pachulia just punched Shumpert in the dick.

Now, Shumpert may or may not have deserved it, Pachulia may or may not have been able to see what was where, but Pachulia has quite a reputation he's building here.

It's a new subcodicil in the Players Agreement -- the Transferable Technical.

If Zaza gets thrown out it may be a win-win for everyone.

This game is merely an embarrassment but it could become and actual problem if it keeps escalating. We're getting close to Pistons/Pacers.

Shumpert and Williams were putting MMA moves on him. I am not excusing Zaza's other play but that was just him reacting to being tackled right there.

If one of the Warriors just go straight Artest, and heads into the stands, this will be the perfect game.
