We missed VT's win over Pitt last night, my bad. Some good-looking games this week. Highlights include:

(7) Nebraska at (11) Wisconsin
(3) Clemson at (12) Florida State
(4) Washington at (17) Utah

I have a feeling West Virginia at pokes could be highly entertaining too.

They must have NFL refs working the Utah-Washington game, because they called a fumble on a play when kid had both knees and wrist obviously touch ground.

Woah a break for Texas. I thought for sure Boyd was gone.
I'm not sure how to feel about that non-call. On the one hand, it clearly was unintentional, so you'd hate to see the kid get ejected/suspended. On the other hand, if you really want to get that sort of hit out of the game, you should be punishing defenders who lead with the crown of their helmet, even if it's just bad form as opposed to headhunting.

Boise scores first at 7200 feet in Laramie. Pokes knocking at the door at the other end. Game of the season in MW Mountain division and for Boise, the group of 5 birth in to big $ bowls.
