Mathematically I have had a superb day. I am first in many of my pools (for what its worth...not much). But of my 2 losses...one is a freaking final four team.

Oh man, cheers to him. Hope he had a full recovery and gets back home soon.
Thanks. The doctors are being really cautious with him, but we're hoping he'll be well enough to get released sometime next week. (He had intestinal surgery; they sent him home with a drainage tube. He developed sepsis a week after the surgery, and he's been in hospital ever since. It was very scary a couple of weeks ago, but he has slowly but steadily been recovering.)

So one and done for the Huskies eh? Hurley sure can recruit and sure can’t coach x’s and o’s. I never understand why these guys don’t have an assistant that is great at the in-game stuff. He better have a great halftime talk. 22 first half points is silly bad.
Other than a double-OT win over Auburn just before Thanksgiving, the one time UConn came up big down the stretch in a close game was last month against Villanova. Hurley was ejected in the first half. Kimani Young was running the team, and the Huskies made all the plays they don't usually make with Hurley running the show.

Since I posted that, Vermont is on a run, and they're tied up with Arkansas at 36.

Hey @AlNipper49 it's been a long time since we've had a mass sacrificial banning. All those from Bernie land that don't post here, drunk, with whatever that techy address thihng is called, from Vermont, BANNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I hate commercials, but I hate making decisions when I'm like this.

So, very important question. When the VErmont game is in a commercial, what other game should I watch?

Don't underthink this, it's incredibly important.

Whatever a Catamount is>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>better than whatever a Razorback is.

This should be the Puma things vs. the Pig things, way better.

Hah Muss is all over Twitter keeping receipts on those who picked against the Hogs, like Jimmy Fallon, Jay Bilas and Woody Paige. Love it!

Son is at Richmond and wife is a Providence grad so we will be shuffling up to Buffalo tomorrow from CT. Any other SoSHers going to these games?

That was a crazy day of basketball yesterday

just finished today. Mostly just watched the last 12:00 of many
Still took around 14 hours.
And didn’t even watch of a second of UNC or Kansas (saw score updates while watching other games. Was going to watch entire UNC game but ended watching entire Gonzaga game. Bonkers )

was rooting for Vova/USF (and by extension Russell KC) but man, Muree state can ball.

I don’t even understand what this is in reference to but maybe you can petition the ACC to keep UCONN out of the conference again.

edit: I would also be very angry if my team had not received a bid to the big dance for 13 years. It’s not your fault.
I don’t even understand why the UConn football stadium is so far away from campus.
