I'm guessing he does better in TB than he did in Tennessee last year. Domes, weather and a better QB, the keys to a receiver being serviceable into their mid 30's. And why I never wanted the Pats go get him last offseason at 15mil per year, and giving up a 2nd rounder...Under for me as well. Julio is pretty cooked. He is pretty much only useful as a jump-ball end zone target since he really can't get separation on routes anymore.
