That second foot wasn't even close and Philly has to waste a challenge.

Hurts is a real test of how much CMP% matters.
This is his 7th start, he's completed 57% or more in one of them.

Amazing, both coaches fucked up there. Eagles should have gone for it and Cowboys should have called a TO.
I thought the Eagles were playing it well, were going to punt if the Cowboys called timeout, go for it if they didn't. Instead they just surrendered.

I sort of understand being concerned that if you take a TO on 4th and 5 and Philly decides to go for it and gets it that you've given them a free timeout and the ball is on Dallas's side of the field, but they should have absolutely called timeout before 3rd and 24.

Philly is like the opposite of Jets/Jags. Good team really bad QB (if this is representative and not just a bad game).

LOFL @ Baby Eli being the favored son, ESPN struck gold with this shit. Best thing since PTI debuted
Might be. The PTI format has unfortunately been co opted and weaponized by basically every sports talk show on cable, but it was legit.

I hope nobody takes THIS format and overengineers it, perhaps with different players.

Saban knowing the coverage Peyton beat him with @ the Fish is funny. He is still torn up about it.

Good insight from Saban on the no huddle and causing defensive assignment issues - we saw that for many years with Brady
