We got our answer! Will Geno be wearing Watt at this event?
You get his job is to make the game exciting and build the product right?Collinsworth is completely over the top about Watt here, he’s seemingly gotten more and more rash over the years. He didn’t go through five guys, Cris, Geno scrambled through his protection, so Watt could just turn and pursue away from the protection.
It is very bad and I don’t understand it. The Jets have Dline guys they grab off the street that make plays but cannot get oline without using premium draft picks. I heard at one point it was something to do with college offenses but I don’t know if that is just bullshit. One takeaway from this week.... there are a lot of really bad offensive lines in the league right now. Patriots aren't even bottom 5.
FO has the Pats O-line 29th (just ahead of Pit at 30). It's legitimately terrible. One takeaway from this week.... there are a lot of really bad offensive lines in the league right now. Patriots aren't even bottom 5.
I was surpised until I realized it's because of run blocking. I was thinking just pass blocking, they have NE as 18th in Pass Pro.FO has the Pats O-line 29th (just ahead of Pit at 30). It's legitimately terrible.
So,... below average pass pro, and cellar-dwelling run pro?I was surpised until I realized it's because of run blocking. I was thinking just pass blocking, they have NE as 18th in Pass Pro.
It will be interesting to see after this week, but yeah, basically through week 5 they were average at pass protection, pretty good at power runs. Were "stuffed" the most of any team, and 3rd worst at getting to the 2nd level blocks.So,... below average pass pro, and cellar-dwelling run pro?
He did. His name was Jim BrownIf Derrick Henry played in the 60s, he would be talked about today like the greatest football player of all time.
IDK what his final career stats will be, but Derrick Henry is the most physically idealistic running back I have ever seen. Just an unholy combination of size, strength, speed, balance, patience and toughness. He is what LeBron James was for small forwards, or Cristiano Ronaldo for left wingers; just an unimaginable combination of athletic skill that make the other world class athletes competing against them look completely overwhelmed. And he does it all in an almost eerie, robotic fashion; like The Terminator carrying a football. If Derrick Henry played in the 60s, he would be talked about today like the greatest football player of all time.
Depends how they played it after the 1st down.seems like a bad call, would have left time for Tennessee in regulation even if they were successful.
