I'm sure DK would be much better than Harry but I'm not sure he'd be the star is he is today if he were here rather than in Seattle. Russ extending plays and being able to get the ball down the field plays right into his hands.

This is a good point. And conversely, I do believe Harry has talent that is possibly underutilized.

I kind of doubt this. The rosters are at 90 or whatever. He hasn't been that good and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make the roster but he's a big powerful receiver who blocks well, who caught 30 balls last year, and who is in all likelihood a heck of a lot better than the best availble player on the street.
Just took a look at the remaining street FA wide receivers. It's hard to say Harry would be the best available, even with rosters at 90.
