This guy is an inspiration. He's a couple of years my senior and looks to be in good health. As I get older I find it necessary to target specific muscle groups in order to maintain my strength, especially my legs. Being active, bicycle riding, hiking, swimming, is great but not enough to keep my legs and balance in the best shape possible. He's a resident of Hopkington, Ma., anyone seen him compete?
