Several years ago, I asked for your support for a small town in Nova Scotia and you came forward. Now my home town a village of under 5,000 people has made it to the finals of the Canadian Hockeyville competition. Having survived a group that began as over 400 communities we are now down to the final two and we are still in this. We have so far won $100,000 to help repair our ice plant and replace the boards in the arena. If we win this we get an NHL exhibition game next fall and a Stanley Cup parade. All you have to do is cast a vote or a hundred or more for us. No cost involved. You can vote as often as you like for the next 2 days. Here is the website. ( You can
get 5 votes a minute or 300 an hour in) Kingston, Nova Scotia

Cut off the www in front of that link and it works. However, I'm still not sure which one to vote for. Are we going for Medican Multiplex or Credit Union Centre?

Do it for the little mushroom people of Nova Scotia!

Also, the capcha is not case sensitive, so you don't need to worry about capitalization while you're entering.

Voted a bunch of times. Happy to help out a fellow hockey fan poster and the province that gave us "Trailer Park Boys"

Bumping for the announcement in a few minutes on NHL Network/CBC.

Kingston fell about 100,000 votes short. No NHL preseason game, but they're still getting $100,000 CAD for arena improvements.
