Online Scheduling Software

I'm helping a friend with her small business (she runs a home/office cleaning company). Her plan is to eventually scale a bit, but that means more time spent scheduling, collecting payments, and so on doing things her current way (a mix of offline and on her computer). Things like Google Calendar have helped a little bit, but that's all they did, keep the appointments as personal reminders.

I've been researching online platforms that are not only scheduling/calendar software, but that are also a one-stop shop for invoicing; she needs more of a CRM as that will eliminate a lot of her administrative redundancies she is currently facing. The problem is there are TONS of different options out there, and they all have their issues, be it price or lack of features.

I had been playing around with one called Jobber (http://getjobber.com) which checked most of the boxes, but just comes up a little short on the online scheduling bit. Where it's great: when people submit a quote request, they're automatically in her database of clients; where it comes up short: in the form the client fills out, there's no way of forcing the user to give critical info like house size, as this site does: https://www.cleaning.com/book/ . This means that you're still going back and forth with the client a bit, whereas the goal is to make it a 2 or 3 step process rather than 4 or 5 (though this flaw still is a big upgrade over the current process).

So my question is, does anyone have any experience with any such CRM? Does anyone know of such a platform that does what cleaning.com does? Or may I be searching far and wide for the perfect CRM, only to find over and over that I'm going to only tick off 8 or 9 boxes out of 10 on the "wants" and "must haves"?
