It's amazing to me how 100 seems so hittable with some pitchers. Eovaldi (and Joe Kelly too) get so few strikeouts given the incredible stuff they have.

That catch by Pillar. I missed baseball and I missed watching the Sox.

And I’m loving the 3 man booth. Eck in mid season form.

Good AB by Iglesias.

The fake crowd noise is pretty dumb, to be honest.
The players have said they much prefer it to silence, for a few very good reasons.

Also....Eovaldi couldn't get a single swing-and-miss on his 100mph fastball from....Jose Iglesias?

(to be fair....while not a good hitter, he doesn't strike out much)

Understand some players want to stand for the anthem, but weird that everyone didn’t kneel earlier in the ceremony, especially with all the “unity” talk.
My 2 cents.... I'm not going to criticize anyone who chooses to kneel, nor will I criticize those choosing not to. On the flip side, forcing someone to kneel (and I realize no one advocated this) is akin to forcing someone to stand. The real level of participation or unity in all of this might be largely unknown to us. Yes, WE would feel good if they all knelt, but how many of us hit our knees during that moment? I know that I didn't.
