I watched the MFY lose to the O's in late September, '07, thereby clinching the division for us, on the video board, from the red seat. There is no fucking way Williams hit a ball up there.

Nice play by Chavis.

I like him more than most. He'll strike out a bunch, but will get his bombs too and hustles like all hell.

1 pitch 2 outs, Davis somehow managed to not strikeout like always and it was even worse than normal

Again, happy he's thrown five scoreless, so yay. But I still can't figure how Eovaldi, with his 100mph heat, nasty cutter and curve, doesn't strike out more guys. Career k/9 of only 7.0. Through five versus a bad Oriole lineup...zero Ks. Also, if I'm not mistaken, not a single swing-and-miss.

It's weird, for sure. Lack of movement on the heater maybe? Or release point is easy to pick up? I dunno.
