Parental controls/locks/etc

My daughter (whose issues are well chronicled in BLtS) is a very tech savvy 15 year old.  Unfortunately, she has recently been the victim of a cyber bullying that has now lead directly to another hospitalization for her.  I am trying to find a way top put timer locks or just locks that she can't circumvent to help protect her.  Thank you for your help and time.

MFing kids. I feel for you. Are you looking to lock down the phone? We have verizon and use Family Base which we think is pretty effective for our sons phone.

I feel awful for you. Is it the internet and/or your phone you're seeking to block? And what browser are you using?

Likely both.  At least the net for now.  Pretty much using Google Chrome
