I made a small one line joke because I figured someone would immediately want to bring that up; I guess the fact that I posted it before it was inevitably mentioned makes me the culprit for introducing that angle to the discussion; and for that I am sorry. However I think it’s obvious that the discussion was headed there whether I made this post or not

“You did this. Own it.”

That’s a dick thing to say imo.
I’m a dick for suggesting you’re responsible for the thing that you just said you did based on the reasoning that someone else would have done it anyway so you wanted to be first?

I’m about as anti-45 as you can get, and even I find this thread ridiculous.

The personal connection between 45 and Kraft has been well cited multiple times. If someone was kind and supportive during the most emotionally painful time of your life, you’d probably have friendly, perhaps even loving feelings for that person.

And maybe, just maybe, you’re someone who is private about your politics. A lot of older New Englanders are. My parents and grandparents would never tell anyone who they voted for.

So to assume we know Bob Kraft’s politics because of his past personal relationship with 45 is wrong. And as a private citizen, he owes us no explanation.

I don’t claim to be an expert on Bob Kraft, but as a lifelong fan of the team he owns. I’ve seen a thing or two, and they lead me to believe that he is a big-hearted, decent guy. I honestly don’t give a shit that he’s half in the bag 24/7 as long as he doesn’t drive drunk. I really don’t care that he likes young ditzy women. He’s single and it’s consensual.

Can’t it just be a nice old rich guy did a nice thing, or does everyone have to prove how woke they are by shitting all over him because he hasn’t publicly decapitated 45.

How long till training camp starts?

I wish this thread didn't exist, at least on the main board.
