Tough end to a grinding, punishing season, but some bright spots were Rookies who stepped up in big games. Who's your pick for Rookie of the Year?

Has to be Logan Ryan I think. Steady contributor all year long and led the team in picks.

Collins had a great end to the season but Ryan played much more and contributed more. Excited to have both going forward.

I went with Ryan Allen -- he was the most consistent rookie from start of the season to the end. Long term, Collins looks like the keeper

I voted for Collins just because of the potential and how good he looked at the end of the year though I agree Ryan was steadier all year. Allen was good too.

I'd love to hear the argument from whoever voted for Chris Barker.

Had a hard choice between Logan Ryan and Ryan Allen. Thought they were both better than expected.

A sensible choice. Me? I'm sensible.

Ditto. I agree that both Logan and Collins both look like potential stars, and I wouldn't count Dobson out yet. He showed a lot of promise late in the year.

But overall, the PUNTINATOR had the best year.

I voted for Collins because the upside he showed at the end of the year is so damn exciting. Can't really argue with Logan Ryan though, especially in comparison with some other rookie CBs we've seen in recent years.

You guys with your never-ending Ryan Allen circle-jerk are kind of weird, but amusing.

What is awesome is that there are many rookies who you could make a case for, since so many rookies had good year. Collins, Ryan, Allen, even Thompkins, Dobson, Vellano, Jones. Outstanding rookie class.

Ryan for this year. Very high hopes for Collins and Dobson though.

Yeah and I'd throw Allen into that mix too. I think those 4 guys could all be major contributors on this team for the foreseeable future.

5 sacks for a rookie DLineman is pretty impressive, especially someone who was a UDFA.  I'm not sure what Chris Jones' upside is, (my guess would be Mike Wright), but he (and Joey Vellano) sure filled a need between Big Vince going down and the arrival of Siliga.  I'm not sure he gets my vote, but he certainly deserves an honorable mention.

The poll isn't "Which rookie is going to have the best NFL career?", in which case I'd probably vote Collins. Ryan and Allen had the best overall seasons. I voted Ryan but can see the case for Allen.
