Aiken has a concussion, so if he can't go Sunday they need to promote Hughlett from practice squad.  This may be why.  Although they could've waived Tymms too.

Then why not waive Aiken? Not likely anyone picks him up.

Or is that not possible with the whole waived/injured thing?

Disappointed and curious. He had shown up really well on S/T's and I never like it when a guy signs with a team we will be playing later in the season, let alone a division rival. Oh well. It is what it is.

Jones has 6 tackles and 3 holding penalties this year. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me. Someone will replace him, and who knows if there is a back-story here. Reiss tried to pry it out, but he got Belichick'd.
