Wait, there was a ballgame at Fenway today? How did I not hear about this? Was it open to the public? I would definitely have gone to this if I had known and it was open.
Fenway is amazing at low-attendance games, where tickets are dirt cheap and you can sit anywhere you want and there are no lines or crowds, like they used to have with the Baseball Beanpot.

The best, great shout. I lived in Central Square for a while and could walk to the park easily, but this was post 2003 so tickets were tough. Hit the beanpot up a bunch (go UMass), such a great time to get the experience of that park stripped down and affordable

Excellent point

thinking about it. It kind of makes sense that Pedro’s kids are not pitchers like him. That would be a lot of pressure they would face if they made it to the majors.

I remember reading a long time ago that he didn't want them to be pitchers due to come backers. He was worried for their safety

Also. Pedro has two sons. Both named Pedro Martinez jr.

That feels like something Manny would do.

He would leave one Manny Jr in the glove box and then have another, name him the same and then find the first one.
