Probably not the best time for Carlo to go and grab his stick, but I guess there was nothing else he could really do...

Not really. The Rangers are generating nothing. 77% xGF% for the Bruins, Rangers only have 3 high danger chances.
I know what the advanced stats are saying, but game flow definitely shows him saving them from their poor decision making. Not saying the Bruins aren't dominating for most of this game (obviously they are), but to say he hasn't saved them from themselves on quite a few occasions keeping them in the lead is disingenuous IMO

Ullmark deserves some credit - Rangers did generate 2.69 expected goals total today. I'd keep the goalie workload balanced for the remaining regular season games, see who's hottest going into the playoffs and go from there.

This team looks so much better with its best shooter and another bona fide top pairing defenseman back in the lineup. Who knew?

Good to see Hall and Frederic continuing to contribute. 11-13-12 had a great game (87.6% xGF).

So the 120 point Panthers are getting hosed? Oh boy.
Not really. Unfortunately the MoneyPuck graph doesn't have an option for penalty ratio. There the Panthers are 17th in PIM% with a reasonable 49.71% - so they draw more penalties than they take.

Carolina, however, is getting royally screwed. They're at 54.8%, worst in the league despite being 2nd best in Corsi%.
