If you were facing the game of your life, it’s about to begin and your ready to hit the field—game on—even with all your knowledge and education...

Tom Brady shows up, shouts, “Yo, snowmanny! I got you!” you turn and he hands you a bottle...

Time stops. All eyes on you. You drink it?
Yes. Tom Brady's placebo effect on me might be quite good. I was criticizing Guerrero in one way but complimenting him in another. A good placebo effect at the right time in the right client/patient can be a skill.

Back to taking the snap over center vs. shotgun snaps, tried to think of a precedent of a quarterback getting a hand injury before a critical game and having to change up the approach. Couldn’t think of any. He could have his throwing hand below his left hand, or have his hands side by side, but the unfamiliarity of either would probably increase the chance of bad exchanges a ton. Also, no matter what he does with his hands, it’s going to be a jarring thing. Play action, most of the running game, QB sneaks, all require Brady over center. Maybe they can install the single wing post haste. It is Belichick we have coaching. Just hope his thumb holds together on Sunday.

Would be great to win even with a handicap like this.

Jim Nantz -"Brady, who hasn't taken a snap under center all ni---"
Tony Romo -"BRADY IS GOING TO THROW TO LEWIS HERE ON A FAKE SWEEP TO AMENDOLA AND YEAH THERE IT IS"

There's only one flaw in you plan ...they don't do three shows on Saturday nights at the Sands

The person your mom knows is awful at doing his/her job and you aren’t confident in the X-rays taken to provide a correct diagnosis?

Here
I’m far more confident from sources who saw him throw yesterday than from someone doing xrays who saw him three days ago.

I see a HIPAA violation here is someone providing direct care is talking like that to someone's Mom! I love inside information, but not by way of unauthorized blabbing by direct healthcare providers.

I love this thread.

A bunch of veterans hardened and skilled from the #DFG wars and ready to handle all the sports media has to offer.

As Belichick leads, so does the team follow. I think @dynomite put it best when he imagined how the team that traveled the storm of having a serial murderer in their midst would be thrown by some Steeler shit.

We don’t know their storm, but we know that which being their fans has swept over us. And we know the joys that attend having stuck through them.

As the team follows Coach’s lead through these storms, so too do we follow their lead, if only in the throes of the media nonsense.

I’ve never felt closer to the team than this thread. Which is stupid. And glorious.

Good show, everyone.

I’m not as hooked in to things as i’d prefer this week — it the assumption that “contusion needing stitches” has nothing to do with “possible ligament tear”? is the latter still on the table?

i’ll hang up and listen.

Am I correct in assuming that with his thumb injury, that if gripping the ball is an issue, it would benefit him if they could somehow make the football a bit softer?

Did you really think you would be the first person to make pretty much this same post.
It's been done at least a couple of times already.

Brady has a bionic thumb. We all know that right? It’s the reason why we have not seen him without a glove this week. He got it amputated and it was replaced with a bionic one.
