There really isn't someone to provide width on the left for Belgium and it gets very narrow.

I’d like to see Hazard drift wide as France has got this central play more or less figured out and Kante can just chase everything. They’ve had some success with Mertens playing wide here but France needs to be stretched to open spaces it’s all getting funneled into their strength right now

Hazard has been out there a bit, probably because nobody else is threatening out there.
It's nominally hazard, but hazards drifts on the inside and back and his place on s taken by fellaini who's toothless there and basically waits to get in the box order to head a cross.
