How? To get Watson, they'd have to trade Matt Ryan. They just restructured Matty Ice's contract down to "only" a $37M hit this year. A trade would immediately accelerate the cap hit, putting Atlanta down $55M, while also having to pay Watson. They would well and truly be in cap hell.
