Guys, we can get used to this. Let's do it.

Personal note: I'm offline for 24 hours for Shabat. So if this keeps going maybe we keep this one going? I leave it up to you fellow Soshers.

Say what you would say now, and (hopefully) someone can post it for you before the game on Saturday.

I don`t have anyone who I would share my SOSH password.

I would rather someone pich hits or if necessary we extend this one.

Just Sox. Please

I think RR meant that someone else would post as themselves, quoting what @trekfan55 would say if he could.
Or a mega-thread is fine with me. Let's face it, it really doesn't matter; it's just given us a place to express ourselves positively or negatively to a group of people who share our desire that the Sox win and win and win again.
Haha, I don't know how my post came out that way, as though it were you talking. Weird.

Ok, so I get it.

If necessary, we just need another thread ("Shabat Goy" edition). Or we go on. Like I said, up to you Soshers.

And as I always plead, please let me come out of Shabat to a win and a good start to Saturday`s game. Pretty please

When we win tonight we are going with the new Shohei Ohtani Rule. Trek gets to stay in the game and DH. We'll get the pinch hitter in there for you tonight and you'll pick it up when you're back.

Now that Story is waking up, which other underachiever will start playing to career norms? Kiké would be a good guy to have going at the top of the order...

Story is now up to 7th in WAR, just behind Schreiber
I’m assuming you’re looking at bWAR and talking about his rank amongst second basemen, and it’s odd, after Fangraphs changed their defensive value calculation, fWAR and bWAR were much more aligned, but Story is a full .4 better by fWAR, 6th among second basemen

If Kiké and Verdugo can start hitting like they can, our lineup will start to look as good as we expected coming into the season. Kike, Devers, JD, X, Story, Verdugo is a great top 6 if they’re all performing up to or above expectations

Regardless of which WAR, I think they're talking about rank on the team, hence the mention of Schreiber who is not a second baseman at all.

Makes more sense. That said, pitchers and position players have drastically different WAR calculations, so they aren’t really comparable. Story is 4th among Sox position players by both bWAR and fWAR (behind Devers JD and Xander in both)

I’m actually in the mood to sit down and watch the Red Sox. This is nice. I prefer that it continues.

Earlier in the year, Ray was sitting in the 90-93 range, he's up around 94 so far tonight, hit 95 a couple of times already. This is according to Gameday, not sure how accurate.
