Apparently he will be ineligible for the postseason should they make it.
Yeah, this is the case with any in-season suspension, happened with Abraham Almonte and the Indians last year.

Nandrolone is same stuff Clemens was supposedly injected with by McNamee in 2000, isn't/wasn't it? From what I looked up, seems it peaked around the turn of the millenium, although we've had a few somewhat recent MiLB suspensions have popped up with it (Alfredo Zambrano 2010, Derrick Bernard 2014). Medically/legally it's not used much these days but was for those with cancer, AIDS, burns, but also cornea healing, according to Hemmersbasch and Große (2009).
