Ironic that Peyton would be the QB to refute the adage that you need a great QB to win a SB.
It is pretty funny how it ended up. Odd season, that Denver team with Manning playing that bad has no real business winning it all but they kept getting breaks and making plays.

He repeated not just the Budweiser thing but the "priorities" part with his family and the man upstairs.

Maybe Jeb! asked him to very subtly troll Rubio

Well, Jim, I was going to try to play for L.A. next year but by mentioning Budweiser twice I just made more than 99 percent of plauers in the league make in a year.

So I'm gonna talk to God and then maybe my agent and then buy a yacht.

At what point does product placement get to the point where it creates enough revulsion to hurt sales and ruin the speaker's credibility?
That second name drop was really gross.

It's like he caught himself when he said "I'm gonna drink a lot of beer... Budweiser... And get on my good Christian knees and thank God."

The Broncos just won a Super Bowl with just 11 first downs, the fewest of any Super Bowl champion. The previous record holder was the 1972 Miami Dolphins with 12. The 2000 Baltimore Ravens had 13.

Luke Russert with some perspective:

Can't really be certain of Brady's #SuperBowl wins. Spygate? Deflategate? Plus last year was a total fluke. Peyton = real winner.

“@LukeRussert: Safe to say 2 #SuperBowl wins + career stats + winning title w 2 different teams makes Manning > Brady”

Comes across to me as the biggest phoney, aw-shucks, Joe Sixpack out there.

It makes me even more thankful that I would never hear the name "Budweiser" uttered from Brady's mouth while accepting a Super Bowl trophy. Twice.

Not everybody has a rich wife to support them. Check your privilege
