Either doesn't seem great for the future of Aaron Dobson and/or they might not be expecting LaFell in 2015.

Seems like one more move would have to happen - the cutting of Chris Harper resulted in a spot filled by the signing of Dekota Watson.

So what's the corresponding move?

Also seems like one more move would need to be made if Chris Harper is going to the practice squad. The acquisition of Martin, though, seems like Thompkins isn't being promoted, so no room for Harper, correct?

They needed a WR after Harper was released.  Martin doesn't profile much as a person who will fight for playing time(38 catches in 3 years with HOU).  He's primarily a return guy.

Isn't it more likely to bolster the return game?  He is smaller than Dobson/Lafell and listed as a return specialist.

With the issues at WR, it would seem wise to get a return guy and stop using Amendola and Edelman back there as often
