Pet peeve of mine - calling anything worse than sniffles the “flu”. The flu is a whole lot worse than I think most people realize. If Cannon had the flu, he wouldn’t have been able to play. He would be in bed. A lot of common colds are super contagious and can hit you very very hard. Especially if they cause a secondary infection. But they aren’t the flu.
Maybe from the Cowboys... flu bug went through their locker room prior to the game.
I say no field goals in houston. We go for it on 4th and go for 2 on every touchdown. Just add some degree of difficulty. Belichick is 5-0 vs O'Brien, we've got Bailey doing kickoffs, why not spice it up.
This seems like poking the influenza bear. Similar to the people that said in 1918, that humans had just killed more people than any plague, then flu said "hold my beer... "
Color me disappointed. There are days I start to think Belichick's strategic goal might not be maximum entertainment value.

I thought Tom was really throwing the ball well last week. He also did a nice job of being elusive in the pocket to buy more time on passes. Whatever the final ststs, an encouraging performance by Brady.
