That online performance was incredible. They knew the run was coming and couldn’t stop it.
Kind of. I mean, the Pats only scored 14 points. It wasn't like they marched up and down the field at will all game long. Not counting the last possession to run out the clock, the Pats gained 25 yards or less on six of their nine drives. They had these drives that weren't scoring drives:

3 plays, -1 yard, punt
3 plays, 5 yards, punt
3 plays, 4 yards, punt
4 plays, 25 yards, end of half
5 plays, 4 yards, punt
3 plays, 6 yards, punt

So they actually stopped the Patriots a LOT. But yeah, when you're putting 9-10 guys in the box and the other team doesn't even pretend to do anything but run, you're *supposed* to stop them.

BAsically all the blockers.
O-line
Jonnu
Johnson.

I won't give Harry one because of his ST screwup, slides down to honorable mention.

Basically the whole D, but in particular

1st and 10 at the Pats’ 14

0 points.

The entire running game. They 100% knew it was coming every single time, and the Pats still scored enough to win.

Honestly the first game I've missed Cam. Won't forget this one for awhile.
Who needs Cam when you have Mac “more rushes than passes” Jones?

Sure, I guess, but why chance the refs thinking that there's some taunting element to it? Just get the fuck back on defense and get ready for the next play.
On the second play he made, he was subdued and a teammate came over as to say "don't do anything stupid"

Everyone on D except Hightower. If players received credit for almost making plays he would lead the league. He’s usually in the correct position but just doesn’t have the athletic ability to execute anymore. Hope he’s helping Mayo coach next year.

Stevenson and Harris are such an unbelievable tandem. Hardest running duo in all of football.

Solid win. Sitting pretty going into the bye. Get healthy. Crazy to think this team was staring at a 1-3 start yet they are actually about 3 plays away from being 12-1

You know who's had a really, really good season? Brandon Bolden. He was solid again tonight when called upon. He's given this team some excellent play this year.

I was told teams that lose close games are the worst coached teams.

Listening to him at the presser postgame tonight I understand part of why he’s been rostered for so many years. Super smart and well spoken.

Everyone.

And I've decided Dawson Knox is a moron.

He dropped his first 2 passes, then caught 1 and barked at the Patriots. He also had a pretty big penalty. But I'm sure he's still yapping.

Game ball to McDermott for flushing a timeout down the toilet by challenging the Mac Jones sneak.
You never saw where the ball was (or Mac, really, for that matter) and it certainly didn’t help that Mac was spit out of the pile 3 yards downfield.

Can’t imagine how triggered Bills fans will be if they lose a close game to Belichick and then to Brady 6 days later.

He kinda wasted a second timeout as well, on offense deep in the red zone. Sure could of used them. Sean had a horrible game.

Bills have a lot of chirpers that are pretty annoying. Diggs, Sanders, Knox, Hyde.

At the time I actually thought the Bills should consider using a time out any way to keep the Patriots from being able to kick in the good direction. They couldn’t get a stop though.

The third down sneak was incredible. I wonder if they saw something on tape because that is a huge play with third and five.

Game ball to the WRs and TEs. This was a very unselfish gameplan; those guys are basically punting any chance to improve their stats or remain on current season total trajectories that might mean something with incetives and upcoming contracts, but the guys went out there and blocked their asses off and committed to the gameplan.

Some Plays, not players…

Phillips pulling the ball away from Knox in first half when Bills looked certain to convert a 3rd and 19 back breaker.

Mac getting 4 on his 3rd and 5 sneak, making the 4th and 1 super manageable

Folk crushing that FG, which Bass showed was no easy trick.
