Agreed. The Pats were the beneficiaries of a few flags that were correct, but often don't get thrown. The refs also got it right on the lateral challenge, which, sadly, is far from automatic, even with slow-motion and multiple camera angles.

This was nothing like the last Denver game, where the refs were basically a 12th man.

It's a sad state of affairs when people are genuinely shocked they got a replay call correct.

And how about CBS holding out on the only replay angle that mattered until after the refs over turned? To the point Mike Carey said this will be tough to over turn since there is no definitive angle.

Muscles overturns, and boom, CBS shows a perfect angle.

The refs did screw us but not in this game. They did it in the previous game in Denver. That was the real screw job and we wouldn't have been in Denver if we had gotten a fair shake in the last game there.

It was the live angle too. That they'd say they don't have it while expecting the call to be confirmed is far from impartial.
