These uniforms are the color of the highlighters I used after I've used up all the good highlighters.

I think the ref was out of position there for whatever reason. He was like 8 yards behind the play.

It's pretty amazing that the Seahawks are favoed by 15.5 over a team they lost to earlier this year.

Read some article today about how the Rams HC job isn't that attractive because Goff is a bust, making reference to his stats. In a world of dumb analyses, that was up there with the worst: rookie QB behind awful OL and with a set of concrete handed receivers....but, yes, just look at his stats and declare him a bust after 3 games. I've been impressed with him: hasn't looked overmatched in any game, has a good arm, very poised.

That's been my general impression as well, but...

The kid just managed to miss Brian Quick who was open by 5 yards on all sides in the endzone, and then almost got a delay of game before the 4th down play.

He didn't get that first down but the lack of a conclusive angle might save the Rams

I haven't been impressed but writing him off after three games in a trash offense seems quick. Kind of have to be a believer to take the job.

Classic NFL---they blow the initial call, then ignore the replay standard to fix the call. There is zero chance Blandino can show an angle and a landmark to meet the replay standard.

But at least they got it 'right' in a fairness sense this time, unlike many times

Yup, I am stunned they overturned that.

What, he's winning them.
The first one was easy. The second one was dubious; I'd have never taken that chance. This third one, even if he wins, better result in a TD because if something obvious gets fucked up in the second half, he can't do anything about it.

OK, we used to be able to rely on NFL officials to make good calls so out of challenges wasn't the worst thing in the world. Now, you never know.

La Mancha.
So we have standard "uniforms", throwback "uniforms", color rush "uniforms" -- are we not yet at the point where we should start referring to them as polyforms?

The Rams execution is so incredibly bad. It's hard not to blame Fisher for that inability, even if tonight's decisions are Fassel's
