Blues have a formula; look inferior and cede O-zone time, SOG edge for very long stretches, then pot one in unlikely fashion and deflate opposition. That and high hits all over the ice. Any concussed Canucks, yet?
They outshot Vancouver 37-22 last night. I assume that means they also won the o-zone battle while looking superior for stretches.

Welp, they set records for suspensions and opponents concussed, last year, so maybe karma is catching up to them. Blais, Barbashev, Sundqvist and one other whose name escapes me were responsible for most of the high-elbows that took Sharks and Bruins to the quiet room at a prolific pace.
