talk about tilting at windmills, if/when such a law ever comes into effect, the result is you will be able to select just the channels you want, no one who does this will ever select any of the shopping plus many of the other religion or ethnic based channels all of which pay to be carried and subsidize the carriers. The result is that whatever small selection of channels you select... it will always cost more...a LOT more... then the offered packages. Talk about pointless....
