And then he gets cheeky from like midfield and almost catches the keeper out.

Kane now the Spurs top European goal scorer.

He also has 14 goals and 3 assists in 17 CL games.

Real Madrid are a mystery, but it's important to note that the team was also perplexing last year -- they were eliminated by Leganes in the quarterfinals of La Copa and finished third in La Liga, only three points ahead of fourth-place Valencia...but won the Champions League.

Then, Zidane and Ronaldo leave, replaced by Lotepegui who only lasted a few months. Solari is rather inexperienced and is dealing with lots of young players and a few aging stars in Bale and Marcelo.
Modric and Ramos are both over 30 and played a ton of high leverage matches over the past five years. Four CL titles in five years is incredible. The last two were on the strength of championship experience.

They are going to have to rebuild their team and even with their money it won’t be easy.

Crazy that even with injuries Isco isn't on the field. Asensio is a shadow compared to Vinicius. Is Reguilon suspended for this match? Wither Marcelo??

California. Duh.
Someone needs to tell the commentator that you can see green between the line and the ball but still have the ball not totally over the line. It's a sphere.

Snuck it in, nice finish although a bit lucky. Ajax's keeper has made all the saves today, but he just isn't inspiring confidence for me for some reason.

Wow, what a free kick!

Whether he meant it or not, it was perfect. No keeper in the world saves that.

I realize needing to score 5 is an impossible burden, but Dortmund have mostly given up since conceding. Their intensity has fallen off noticeably.

I much prefer the Danny Rose midfield experiment when up by four goals than when tied in the derby.

I really love the fact that Ramos got suspended for this match on purpose because he thought the tie was over.

Also, Ajax is going to get picked apart in the summer transfer window.

De Jong is already gone but yeah, he probably won't be the only one.

Me too, and the result will be the same (except Ajax might survive better than Monaco has because their youth academy is so good)
Also Ajax is a real club and not a money-laundering tax shelter masquerading as a football club.

I read Spanish football news each day through Marca and AS. AS features Tomas Roncero, who is apparently a journalist and is undoubtedly a Real Madrid fanatic. He writes some articles, which are mostly love letters to Real Madrid. AS also features videos of Roncero watching Real Madrid matches. Really, that's it. Roncero sitting and reacting to the match. It's nuts.

But the most insane thing is his behavior on this show. It's a bit of an act -- only a bit because he's already prone to exaggeration -- but the whole thing is disgusting and really picks up on the worst impulses of the Spanish "press". It's basically the sports version of Salvame, the horrifying Spanish "news" show that basically devolves into gossiping about celebrities and screaming at each other about this gossip.

Uh, is anyone watching this?!? MAN U got off to a perfect start with Lukaku netting one in the 2nd minute. PSG starts pouring it on though, and after dodging some danger for 10-15 minutes, a breakdown in the box leads to a very nice goal from the hyper aggressive Bernat. Who just had an ideal chance from point blank range and went for power instead of finesse SMGDH.
