So glad you posted this. You really need a frame-by-frame review to see Topuria's punches. My naked eyes couldn't make out them out in real time.
Volk must have been thinking he got hit by Mjölnir. Brutal.

Lightning quick hands plus power….that’s a lethal combination. Don’t understand why Volk is taking these fights, on super short notice and then with little recovery time vs Ilia ….and yes, despite his mocking of his age, he is slowing down and these management decisions he’s making aren’t helping him. I’m not complaining though.

Another Mexico card on Saturday at ridiculous elevation. Main event has a short notice replacement and entire card has some unworthy favorites along with imo some outright incorrect favorites. These elevation fights generally begin slower as combatants are aware of the cardio effect of fighting in Mexico. Last week 11 of 12 favorites won with only Topuria winning as a tiny dog. I suspect there will be some barking occurring this week.
