I had it 50-45 and someone scored it for Chito, lol. I really don’t know that it’s corruption. MMA judges have always sucked.
I had R3 Chiro but very close. 4 was kinda close but not really. Yeah 48-47 Chiro is lol. The worst of the night was Barber/Lee. When I heard 30-27 I’m thinking, yeah that’s right even though I though Barber may have pulled out R2….then heard it was 30-27 Barber! I’ll watch that R1 again tomorrow but there seemed to be a better case for 30-27 Lee. There was one other weird one too I forget which though.

I feel like rd 3 was a trap round. I thought Sandhagen won but it was way closer than 1,2. In cases like that people often score the rd for the guy that improves his performance.

Barber - Lee was one of the worst decisions I’ve seen. It was Dan Mirgliota who had it 30-27 Barber. I almost put a bet down on Lee because of her reach and experience and I would have lost my shit after watching the fight and getting robbed like that.

I was actually looking at Barber live at +380 after R2 but didn’t pull trigger bc I thought there was a good chance she needed a finish. Lol. Craziness.

Yes that probably influenced me as well knowing that if you give R3 to Sandhagen the fight is over sans a finish.

That was a hugely impressive performance by Sandhagen. Just masterful use of angles and lateral movement coupled with really sharp offense.

LOL. I had no idea Trump was there. I just saw his ugly mug in the background, peering through the fence while the Holland fight was going on.

Masvidal retires.

Edit: Ugh. "Greatest president of all time over there." "Greatest governor here in Florida." "Let's go Brandon! Let's go Brandon!"

I highly doubt Masvidal is good for life. Seems like he spends money before he makes it.

I love the UFC product from the outside.
I love living in the Democratic majority of South Florida.
I “would” have loved to drive 40 minutes to watch these fights live.

You couldn’t have paid me to sit in the middle of that cesspool. I have some good friends in the MMA space….it’s those who use this platform for political reasons that makes being around the group as a whole insufferable.

Great night of fights, debutants paying their price, no scorecard shenanigans as even the one-off cards had logic behind them, and Israel putting on a show both in the ring and in his post-fight presser.

It’s funny, the Whitaker fight is the type of fight I’m almost always wrong about. I look at it and think…wtf? Whitaker will kill this guy. Then the up and comer has a nice showing.

DuPlessis has shown me nothing that makes me think he can beat Whitaker so he is going to need to make a leap. If I was betting I guess I would take the dog because I always get sentimental and lean towards the veteran and pick wrong.

I do hope we get to see a Whitaker body lock takedown. One of my favorite moves that Whitaker is very good at.

Whitaker got hit with some heavy shots at the end there. Damn. This dude looks big. Is he the new Paolo?

Great fight. That guard pass was a high level move. The Darce to elbow combo, good stuff.
