At this point the USA going to the World Cup will see them get embarrassed with this team anyways.
I’d can Arena before the night is over whether they qualify or not. Whole team looks like they don’t give a single fuck.
That may possibly be one of the worst halves of soccer I have ever seen USA play, considering the competition.
That would be a pretty shitty repayment of how USA helped them get into the playoff 4 years ago.
It's very hard to imagine the US scoring twice. We'll see. Get ready for a time wasteathon, though. They better get one quick if they have any hope.
I don’t know, it’s not like T&T has anything to defend. They might play balls-out, more 30yd strikes etc.
If the USMNT can not beat Trinidad & Tobago then qualifying or not qualifying for the WC is basically irrelevant.
There's a great clip of a Mexican announcer berating the team as they lost at the end of the Hex. He went on and on how they had nothing to do with securing advancement b/c Zusi had just scored and bailed them out.
We may need to borrow that announcer. Or maybe not.

Not saying the same would happen for the US, but Mexico ended up barely sneaking in because the US won a meaningless (to them) game very late that killed Panama's chances, then made it through the group stages in the tourney.
I mean, I get what you're saying, but Mexico would not have qualified 4 years ago if the US had bagged their final game and they ended up advancing out of their group (tying Brazil on points) in ensuing World Cup and lost in Round of 16 on PK in 94th minute.
And as disappointing as that qualifying campaign was for El Tri, they finished second in their group (on goal differential to the hosts) and got hosed in the round of 16 against the eventual 3rd place team, so let's not act as if the sky is falling if the USA backs into Russia.
