Just trying to make Eliot Friedman proud.

Back home for a few games against a bunch of benders...picking up 6 points this week would be big and should be doable.

No lineup changes. Not sure on goalie yet, but I suspect Ullmark.

Marchand - Bergeron - DeBrusk
Hall - Haula - Pastrnak
Frederic - Coyle - Smith
Foligno - Nosek - Lazar

Reilly - McAvoy
Grzelyck - Carlo
Forbort - Clifton

Ullmark

I think he is referring to the Pittsburg Pirates NHL team which joined the NHL one year after the Bruins, when the Bruins colors were brown and yellow. The NHL Pirates only lasted a few seasons before moving to Philadelphia and then disbanding.

Brutal sequence on that for Pasta. Bad backcheck to lose the puck and the goal scorer was his guy, uncovered.

Here is a question: Pasty was hit with a high stick on that goal. If the puck crosses the goal line before the high stick is the play dead? if not could 1) the goal be negated and a penalty called? or 2) could the goal count and a penalty be called?

edit: never mind. I thought he was hit by a King's stick

This team is playing a great brand of hockey. Fun to watch.

Problem is Bruins get tagged like that a lot, and it's not boarding... just wish there was more consistency on boarding.

That’s a shit call. The Kings spent the first period running around like a second-grader on a sugar rush and they called nothing.
I don't mind the call in the interest of player safety. What I do mind is that no one seems to give a fuck about player safety when said player is a Bruin.
