Is this a "try and keep 'em guessing" gambit, or did he mean something like the ball was supposed to be kicked over the front lines of the receiving team?

Colts' fans are saying the following:

1. Played the best defense they'll face all year.
2. Started last year 0-2 and also got down by 24 on the road. Ended up 11-5 in AFC title game.
3. Not good at prepping for what their opponents do best.

No one has mentioned they're soft or they can't stop the run. Some calling the coaching a problem. None calling team-building or personnel a problem.

Watching these people twist themselves into pretzels in an effort to explain why Nick Saban is not an asshole next season will be fun.
(Assuming that happens and all)

The CIN-OAK announcers are fucking terrible.  They keep getting names wrong and messing up on simple stuff.  How do you not know which RB it is who ran for a 50-yard gain until ten seconds after the play?

and Pac Man Jones should be ejected from the game for taking off Amari Cooper's helmet and then slamming Cooper's head into it.

I'll wait until next week at this time to crow about the Colts looking bad in Buffalo. .

yeah, i'm watching this game looking ahead to rest of season just counting on denver's D to break down and peyton's arm to fall off, and baltimore's O to keep looking lost.

Nobody is expecting an easy game. And assuming health, if Buffalo gets 14 of 19 for 195, and 40 rushing, from Taylor every week, you'll see the Bills in the playoffs

Why does BAL cont to rush only 3 on third and long.  They get all kinds of pressure rushing 4-5 yet get away from that on the most important downs.

Harbaugh was whining to the officials about Manning doing a false start earlier.  That call on Peyton was the dividend.

This is a Baltimore kind of game. They are crazy if they do anything risky here. Just run the ball and hope for dividends in 4th quarter.

Peyton not playing very well now that the league is handling the balls, I see now why he made that rule that QBs could rig the balls

Am I just wish casting or does Manning's arm look a lot like it did towards the end of last season?
He tells Peter King about finger numbness. Simms says the ball is sliding out of his hand. Father Time.

Def looks to me that he can't throw past 10-15 yards with any accuracy so far.  He's going to be rushed all year.

is BAL's offense really this bad without somebody to chuck it downfield at?
They drafted a WR in the first round this year that's not playing today. He ran a 4.27 at the combine and isn't know to be a polished route runner. He is literally a Torrey Smith replacement. The Ravens know what they are.
