If the fair catch is valid, how isn't it a penalty against Seattle for tackling the guy who fair caught it?

Someone should tweet Pereira and ask, it's a good question. Refs probably just didnt think of it bc their minds were in onside kick mode where the guy getting the ball gets drilled.

I'd guess it is that nobody called it initially and it probably isn't reviewable. So if any of the refs had thrown the flag the review would wipe out the illegal fair catch call and the PF would stand, but as is, the review wipes out the illegal fair catch, but there was no call for PF and it can't be added based on review.
