Practically speaking, Belichick just beat Carroll again by making it impossible for him to do anything but hand off to Lynch there

Espn headline right now (for real, on website homepage):

The Seahawks offense couldn't get the yard it needed in overtime, so the defending champs lose the opener on the road to the Rams.

Not saying you're crazy but was there an "NFC" in there? That one threw me earlier.

People think Miller will be DPOY over Watt?
Denver fans think he'll set the sacks record and it won't be close. They also think the team will get between 70 and 80 sacks overall.

That has to be an NFL record.  Two field goals over 55 yards (56 and 57) by McManus in one quarter.
Nope, Neil Rackers twice for the Cardinals in the 2nd quarter, both at 55: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200410240crd.htm

Of course, it's 10/24/04, Schilling's Game 2 WS start, becoming only 5th player to ever win a WS game with a team from both leagues.

ravens have a highly regarded OL
But without their Left Tackle since the first drive.  You lose your best pass protector and it will affect your ability to block the rush.  Also Denver's D-line is excellent.
