I've watched a fair number of games recently and was 100 percent sure it would be called a catch and fumble.
That's fine. There was one this last weekend or the weekend before which was nearly identical but they called it incomplete. I believe that may have been the call on the field though - not that that should really matter in that situation.

That was a great punt but this would be a completely different scenario if Miami had picked up that 4th and 1

1 questionable call and that was the second roughing and I hate the rule but I have seen that call before (facemask to facemask).
I actually thought the first roughing was borderline as well. Lamar released the ball and the defender was already engaged. I am ok with the call because it didn’t look great but don’t think it is was that heinous.

That call was a no brainer. It doesn't matter when Lamar released the ball, whether the defender was engaged with him or not. It's not a roughing because the hit was late, it's roughing because the defender landed on Lamar with all of his weight, which has been an automatic roughing call for at least a couple years now.
